As soon as I saw a house pop up in my neighborhood that I had been eyeing for years, I immediately texted Melissa. She had a showing set up within the hour. When it came to making an offer, I’m confident her advice secured us the acceptance. It didn’t stop there! She connected us with a mortgage team that was able to get us a payment that was hundreds less a month than our original pre-approval. She advocated for us and even set up the couple of services the home needed. She took the stress out of the home buying process and we now have a home that fits our family and our finances. Melissa is the best person we could have had by our side during this whole process. She was available whenever we wanted to see a house and always honest about things that might be a concern, told us what to watch out for. As a first time buyer we really appreciated this. She even come over after we found our house and helped pull birds out of our attic that the people the seller hired to get rid of them has missed.
