Melissa guided us through the whole process and helped us work through the necessary paperwork to keep the closing date reasonable. Her negotiation skills were helpful since it’s been a while since I purchased a home/condo. The process has changed a bit and she kept us informed with each step.

We were very lucky to get to work with Melissa to buy our first home. She is absolutely wonderful and we wouldn't have gotten our perfect home without her hard work. She listened and understood exactly what we wanted and needed, and when a house that she knew we would love came up, she made sure to get ahold of us right away. We couldn't have gotten more lucky having Melissa by our side through this whole process. With being first time home owners we had no idea what to do and she helped every step of the way.
