Melissa guided us through the whole process and helped us work through the necessary paperwork to keep the closing date reasonable. Her negotiation skills were helpful since it’s been a while since I purchased a home/condo. The process has changed a bit and she kept us informed with each step.

When we decided to start looking to buy a house our friend was in the process of purchasing there house. Our friend had nothing but great things to say about Melissa. So we gave her a call, I’m glad we did. It took us awhile to find something we liked and she was so patient with us. We were very lucky to get to work with Melissa to buy our first home. She is absolutely wonderful and we wouldn't have gotten our perfect home without her hard work. She listened and understood exactly what we wanted and needed, and when a house that she knew we would love came up, she made sure to get ahold of us right away. She put in a lot of hard work and now we're moving into that home! She kept us informed throughout the whole process and helped us through some hurdles with mortgage companies that she didn't even have to do, but she wanted to make sure everything was going well for us. I highly recommend working with Melissa! I hope we'll be in our home for a long time to come, but if we get the chance to need a realtor again, we'll definitely be contacting her.

We couldn't have gotten more lucky having Melissa by our side through this whole process. With being first time home owners we had no idea what to do and she helped every step of the way. She told us things to watch out for when looking at homes and never made us feel pressured to buy any particular home .
